Real Life Pesach Cooking by Miriam (Pascal) Cohen
Passover is the holiday that people look for something to eat. Real Life Pesach Cooking by Miriam (Pascal) Cohen is a new cookbook published by Artscroll that presents modern food that with available ingredients for Passover. At the beginning of the book, Miriam lists substitutions for people with a number of common Passover minhagim (customs) including minhaagim of no garlic or prepared foods. Miriam provides recipes for some common ingredients including mayonaise, ketchup, Pesach Soup dumplings and bbq sauce. Multipurpose Pesach Dough and Spaghetti Squash Wraps. All of the recipes in this cookbook are non-gebrucks and many use almond flour which increases the nutritional value of the food. The cookbook has quite a few creative recipes using vegetables which are important for health and usable on Passover.

Passover Made Easy by By Leah Schapira (Author) Victoria Dwek (Author)
This Passover cookbook has a lot of creative recipes. A lot of recipes use vegetables in interesting ways. The pictures in the recipes show you how to present the food artistically. Many of the recipes can be made by people who do not eat gebrucks and there is a page in the back of the cookbook with substitutions for people who do not use processed ingredients.
